Medicine & Fever Log for Parents

Spread the love

You don’t know you need this, until you need it.

My family has recently been tormented by the flu and trying to keep up with fevers and medications for all four of my kids has been insane! I’m up several times during the night taking temperatures and dosing fever medicines (I keep my Dosage Sheet for Fever Medications handy).

I was using a scrap sheet of paper to keep notes of each medicine given, the time I gave it, and the temperature of each of my kids. After several days of little sleep and feeling scatter-brained, I decided I needed a more organized way to do this.

And if I need this, maybe you do too.

So, I have created this medicine and fever log that you can print for FREE. I designed a pink sheet and a gray sheet, depending on your preference of color.

I LOVE having these handy. It makes life with sick kids so much easier. I hope these help you as much as they help me!

Fever medications include Children’s Tylenol and Children’s Motrin, but you can also use this to note when you gave cough medicine, Benadryl (#ad), etc.

If you’d rather track temperatures on your phone, try this Smart Thermometer! You can set up multiple profiles, for each of your children; set up reminders, and track medication dosages!

If you have sick kiddos, I pray everyone recovers quickly. If you have time, check out 8 Things to Keep on Hand to Make Mom’s Life Easier with a Sick Kid and How to Get Your Child to Take Medicine.

God bless you, mamas.
