I am sharing our Emergency Information Sheet that we keep on the fridge for our babysitters. I feel so much better leaving our kids for the evening with this information handy!
At the top of the page, I list each of our children’s names with their allergies. I then calculate their dosage for Tylenol, Motrin, and Benadryl based on their updated weight. This sheet is tailored towards our family with young children that still take liquid medication. As they grow older it will have to be adjusted for tablets.
At the bottom of the page, I list important numbers in case of an emergency.
Poison control is always great to have on hand. I’m embarrassed to say that my 6-year-old yells, “call poison control” anytime his baby sister eats something other than food (paint, poop, Play-Doh, etc).
Anyway, we know the number when needed.
